We are a gay owned and run full registered French company who, as well as providing Internet advertising space, also offer a property management service for absentee owners. The services are designed to suite your individual needs.
As well as being listed on our own websites we also include your listing on a host of similar websites with text in both French and English.
Our Internet advertising services will deal will property sales, holiday rentals.
We charge no commission no matter how many bookings you receive.
All Internet advertising on our websites and a host of about 10 others
We will deal with all client enquiries by letter, e-mail, fax and telephone. We aim to answer all enquiries within 2 hours of them being received (0800 – 2200) 7 days a week. We will can accept and transmit e-mails in English and French.
We will arrange with your clients to have all monies paid directly to a bank accounts of your choice in the currency of your choice. All we ask of you is when we notify you payments are en-route to you that you notify us at once when it has been received.
We will keep all websites up to date with property availability. (We update all websites several times each day) Separately notifying you by e-mail.
All advertised rental rates are shown in Euros, we then, at the time of reservation, notify yourselves and the clients of the current exchange rate if payment is to be made in a different currency.
We will oversee, but not carry out, the cleaning, laundry and hand over of keys.
We will oversee, but not carry out, the cleaning, maintenance a safety of swimming pools.
We will oversee, but not carry out, any gardening contracts you have.
We carry out unannounced spot checks of properties listed on our websites and of the cleaning and laundry service, pool maintenance, gardening etc. is not to a high standard you will be notified at once. We survey every client to ensure their satisfaction both during their stay and again after they return home.
We will notify you at once if any problem arises with your property and after consultation with you call in specialist tradesmen to remedy the problem.
